How do I delete my account?
Open the menu in the app and choose Delete account. You’ll confirm by typing DELETE and your password. This permanently removes your account and all your data and cannot be undone.

I forgot my password.
Contact [email protected] and we’ll help you reset it. Note that, because your chats are encrypted with a key tied to your password, a password reset by us starts a fresh encryption key — older encrypted chats may no longer be readable.

How do subscriptions work?
Plans are purchased and managed on our website. The mobile app gives you the assistant’s functionality on your existing account; to change or cancel a plan, use the billing portal where you subscribed.

Is my data private?
Your stored chats are encrypted at rest, and we don’t sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
