By using any product or service provided by SH Group FZE LLC trading as SH Tech, you agree to these terms.

Our Products

SH Tech provides software tools for e-commerce businesses, including WordPress/WooCommerce plugins, Shopify apps, and SaaS dashboards. Products may include free tiers with optional paid upgrades.

Licenses

Paid licenses are valid for the purchased term (monthly or annual) and cover one domain unless otherwise specified.
Licenses are non-transferable without our consent.
You may not redistribute, resell, or share license keys.
Pro features are delivered as encrypted code and may not be decompiled, extracted, or reverse-engineered.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on annual plans. Monthly plans can be cancelled but are not refunded for the current period.

Acceptable Use

Use our products only for their intended purpose
Do not attempt to bypass license restrictions or crack encrypted modules
Do not redistribute our code or claim it as your own

Support

Free tier users receive community support. Pro license holders receive priority email support with a target 24-hour response time.

Availability

License validation includes a 72-hour grace period for connectivity issues. Your store will never break due to our server being temporarily unreachable.

Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
