Annual Plans — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase an annual license and it's not right for your store, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. No questions asked.

Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't refund partial months, but you'll never be charged again after cancellation.

Technical Issues

If we're unable to resolve a technical issue that prevents you from using the product on your store, we'll issue a full refund regardless of how long you've been a customer. We don't want your money if our product doesn't work for you.

How to Request a Refund

After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your license will be deactivated and Pro features will stop loading on your store. Your store will continue to work normally — it simply reverts to the free tier. Nothing breaks.

Abuse

We reserve the right to decline refund requests if there's evidence of abuse (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or redistribution of Pro code).
